22/10/2013. Spain received 48.8 million inbound tourists between January and September 2013, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. This figure sets a new all-time record for the Frontier Tourist Movement Survey (FRONTUR) drafted by the General Sub-directorate of Tourism Information and Studies of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.
