The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Environment, Miguel Arias Cañete, stressed on Tuesday morning that the Spanish Government assigns the “maximum importance to the new Fisheries Protocol between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco, and hence is making every effort so that the European Parliament ratifies it at its plenary session to be held in the first fortnight of December”.
