The Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, advocated on Wednesday the need for Europe to make progress in policies and debates that ensure an improvement in industrial competitiveness, particularly in the energy sector, in order to attract industrial investment and not lose out to international competitors.
