On Friday, the Minister for Public Works, Ana Pastor, signed a partnership agreement in Quito with the Transport and Public Works Minister of Ecuador, María de los Ángeles Duarte, aimed at promoting cooperation between their two departments in the field of transport system management and infrastructure development.
