Spanish Cooperation Agency responds to humanitarian emergency caused by Typhoon Yolanda in Philippines

11/11/2013. In light of the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan, also known as Typhoon Yolanda, the Government of Spain has responded to a request from the Government of the Philippines and its international partners, and by way of collaboration has decided to send urgent humanitarian aid to the region, including two transport aircraft to Cebu (Philippines) carrying humanitarian goods.
