14/11/2013. The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism has published a report entitled “ITC in Spanish homes. A study on demand and use of Telecommunications Services and the Information Society’, according to which total expenditure on ITS services increased by 33% between 2004 and 2012 in Spanish homes to a total of 3.16 billion euros.
