The State Secretary for International Cooperation and for Ibero-America, Jesús Gracia, chaired an inter-ministerial meeting on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (Spanish acronym: AECID) to coordinate a new shipment of humanitarian aid material to the Philippines to alleviate the damage caused by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).
