The Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, met in Mexico city on Friday with Spanish business leaders and investors with interests in the country and, subsequently with the Mexican State Secretary for Energy, Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, together with the Director-General of PEMEX, Emilio Lozoya.
