A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Brussels on Monday between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation the European External Action Service to open up a Spanish representative office, headed up by a diplomat, in the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan, located in the capital Baku.
