On Thursday morning the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Environmental Affairs, Miguel Arias Cañete, stressed that for the Warsaw Summit on climate change to be a success, “we must approve guidelines on the type of information to be presented when we establish our mitigating commitments”. He added that “we must, at least, undertake to present commitments for initial reductions in 2014”.
