26/11/2013. The Government of Spain congratulates the people of Mauritania on the way the first round of legislative and municipal elections passed off on 23 November. Furthermore, it trusts that the second round, to be held on 7 December, will be carried out under the same climate of peace, tolerance and pluralism.
