While speaking in Vilnius (Lithuania), the President of the Government stressed that the European Union will keep its “hand outstretched” and maintain its commitment to political partnership and economic integration with Ukraine, in spite of the “sovereign decision” by the country not to sign a partnership and free trade agreement at this time.
