02/12/2013. The Minister for Home Affairs, Jorge Fernández Díaz, and the Portuguese Minister for Internal Administration, Miguel Macedo, inaugurated the Integrated System of Surveillance, Command and Control of the Portuguese coast(Spanish acronym: SIVICC) on Monday lunchtime in Lisbon.
