The Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Manuel García-Margallo, attended the traditional autumn meeting of NATO Foreign Affairs Ministers on 3 and 4 December in Brussels. Two such meetings are usually held each year: one in the spring (April this year) and another formal meeting in December.
