In her speech at the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) in Brussels on Monday, the Spanish Minister for Employment and Social Security, Fátima Báñez, reiterated Spain’s commitment to the Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) and the implementation of systems comprising the Youth Guarantee, and announced that Spain’s plan in this regard will be sent to the European Commission on 23 December.
