11/12/2013. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Co-operation, José Manuel García-Margallo, held a meeting with the Minister for Foreign Relations of Peru, Chancellor Eda Rivas. This is the first time that Chancellor Rivas has visited Spain since taking up her current position in May.
