It´s that time of year when the ADAPT Christmas Choir pops up again. Our seasonal songsters are lead by Choirmaster Dennis Gill and our music was provided by Ron Johnson and also by Christine Eames.
Our popularity is growing and this year we were asked to sing for 4 English Language schools who provided coaches for us to Lorca, Totana, Mazzaron and Aguilla. We also sang for members of The Baker Foundation and will be performing on Thursday at Villademar, Hospital de Cuidados Medios Residencia para Mayores in San Pedro.
Probably our scariest venue was at the December ADAPT meeting in front of our peers but they were very kind to us and joined in, even singing along to the Spanish carols!
The highlight every year is of course when we visit Aidemar where the boys and girls are our most enthusiastic audience and where we get as much, if not more enjoyment out of it than they do.
All of our audiences were very welcoming and generous in providing us with buffet food and drink and even donations towards the ADAPT charity fund.
