The Minister for Economic Affairs and Competition, Luis de Guindos, chaired the constituent meeting on Monday of the Strategic Steering Council of the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (Spanish acronym: ICEX) that aims to gather the major stakeholders in the field of internationalising the Spanish economy – both from the public authorities and the private sector – with a view to promoting the international expansion of Spanish companies.
