President of the Government congratulates Spanish troops on their successful fight against piracy in the Indian Ocean

22/12/2013. The President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, travelled to Djibouti to convey Christmas wishes to the Spanish troops deployed on missions for the EU and for Nato that seek to prevent and combat piracy in the Indian Ocean.
