Spain welcomes the brave decision taken by the General Assembly of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces on Saturday in Istanbul to send a delegation to the Geneva II Conference, called by the Secretary General of the United Nations, scheduled to be held next Wednesday in the Swiss city of Montreux.
