The President of the Government received the President of the Republic of Colombia and Pro Tempore President of the Pacific Alliance, Juan Manuel Santos at Moncloa Palace, who, during his visit to Madrid, also met with His Majesty the King and took part in the “Invest in Colombia” Forum.
