27/01/2014. The Ministry of the Treasury and Public Administration Services and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Competition have set up, through the Official Credit Institute (Spanish acronym: ICO), a financing instrument for innovative SMEs entitled the ‘ICO Technological Innovation Fund’.
