The State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Gonzalo de Benito, inaugurated the 1st International Congress on Managing Religious Pluralism, at Casa Árabe, together with the Minister for Justice, Alberto Ruiz Gallardón, and the General Secretary of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, Ángel Fernández Díaz.
