03/02/2014. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Manuel García-Margallo, held a meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Andorra, Gilbert Saboya. The meeting served to review the excellent bilateral relations and exchange views on relations between the European Union and Andorra.
