03/02/2014. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Manuel García-Margallo, met with his Angolan counterpart, Georges Chikoti, within the framework of his working visit to Spain. José Manuel García-Margallo was accompanied at the meeting by the Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism, José Manuel Soria, and the State Secretary for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Rafael Catalá.
