With information furnished by the General Commissariat of Information of the Spanish National Police Force, officers from the Metropolitan Police Force arrested the member of the terrorist gang, Antonio Troitiño Arranz, in London (United Kingdom) on Thursday, who had been released following the application of the ruling handed down by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg overturning the Parot Doctrine.
