This is a dashcam video taken during a normal drive. Unbeknown to the driver of the video car, the vehicle in front suddenly slows down.
In the video, it then becomes clear that the driver in front observed a large dog walking along the carriageway.
It is important to always maintain a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front, as you never know what that vehicle has to respond to.
