Rural Crime Down

In a visit to a Private Security seminar in Valencia, the Secretary of State for Security, Francisco Martínez, announced that robberies in rural areas have fell by 21.25% in the first quarter of this year.

The Secretary praised the collaborations between government departments and law enforcers for the effectiveness of recent campaigns to increase surveillance in rural areas, the result of which has been a marked decline.
