A hotel cleaner working in Alicante City brought a new meaning to the phrase “room service” as she literally swept up the rooms of guests by stealing their personal items whilst on shift. The National Police arrested a 34-year-old Spanish woman after complaints at the start of last month that items were going missing from bedrooms
A hotel cleaner working in Alicante City brought a new meaning to the phrase “room service” as she literally swept up the rooms of guests by stealing their personal items whilst on shift.
The National Police arrested a 34-year-old Spanish woman after complaints at the start of last month that items were going missing from bedrooms with electronic devices and money being the main targets.
The cleaner would use her electronic key card to nip into the rooms when she knew the guests were out, and would then help herself to their property.
