The parents of three children are to pay for cleaning up the graffiti sprayed last month on the walls of Alicante Province’s oldest castle at Callosa de Segura, which dates back to the 10th century.
The youngsters were tracked down after a police employee spent a long time trawling through social networks to find out who they were. Callosa local police praised the quick response of the parents over their children’s reckless behaviour.
