Murcia Minor Arrested for Family Assault
Murcia Local Police have arrested a minor for allegedly assaulting his mother and younger siblings, aged 6, 11 and 14.
The arrest was made on Wednesday in Beniaján, when a woman, accompanied by her three youngest children, reported that moments before, inside their home, her 16-year-old son had attacked her and her children.
Officers located the boy minutes later when he tried to flee his house and was very aggressive towards the officers and was subsequently arrested and taken to the Health Centre at Algezares, to be transferred to the custody of the Guardia Civil.
The family members were also treated at the same health centre for minor injuries.
