Hope to end State of Alarm on 9 May

The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has assured today that he wants May 9 to be the “point and end” of the state of alarm and that from then on, it is the Interterritorial Council who makes the decisions.

This was stated during the press conference after the Council of Ministers in which he explained the milestones of the vaccine in Spain in the coming months, in which he hopes that the rate of vaccination will lead Spain to have 70 percent vaccinated of the population at the end of August.
