Officers from the National Police have arrested a young woman for, allegedly, prostituting minors.

The investigation began after the complaint of the mother of the victims after discovering that a friend of these was exploiting them sexually. The detainee offered acquaintances the virginity of one of the minors in exchange for money, in addition to organising meetings in apartments for rent by the hour.

The investigation began when the mother of the victims filed a complaint stating that a friend of her daughters was sexually exploiting them. After the first checks, the police officers discovered that the detainee acted as a liaison, facilitating contact between the minors and clients, always obtaining a percentage of the profits.

In addition, the agents discovered that she had offered the youngest of the sisters, aged 14, to sell her virginity in exchange for an amount of money of which she would take a part.

After carrying out the pertinent investigations, the agents managed to locate the apartment where the sexual encounters took place and identified the alleged clients, turning out to be three men between 32 and 41 years old, who were also arrested. The investigators analysed both the electronic devices of those affected and those intervened on those arrested, verifying that there were two more victims, also minors.

Therefore, the agents detained the three men and the young woman as allegedly responsible for a crime of prostitution of minors. In addition, the three individuals are also charged with an alleged crime of sexual abuse and, once they were made available to the judicial authority, it decreed the woman’s imprisonment.
