In the last 7 days, another 217 deaths from Covid were recorded in Spain, now totalling 114,858 deaths. That is another increase compared to the 173 recorded last Friday, and is the highest weekly death toll this month.
There were also another 25,422 confirmed infections amongst the small group now being tested, another increase compared to the 20,652 recorded last week, the highest figure since the beginning of August. The total number of confirmed Covid infections in Spain stands at 13,488,015.
