The Provincial Court of Valencia will begin to hear evidence from today, Wednesday, against a man accused of two crimes of sexual assault, one of them against a minor, for which the Prosecutor’s Office requests a seven-year prison sentence.
The events occurred in the early morning of March 8, 2020 in Tavernes de la Valldigna during a party when, according to the public prosecution, the accused pounced on the victims, first on a minor and then on a woman, whom he immobilised, kissed on the neck and face and groped the victims.
The victims resisted and managed to push their attacker away, subsequently reporting the incident to the police.
