The criminal sections of the Provincial Court of Valencia are having another busy week, and today, Thursday, in the Third Section, a man accused of sexually abusing two women, mother and daughter, whom he tricked into taking them to his home in Puçol, is scheduled to be tried.
The events occurred on June 15, 2022, when the defendant met the two victims on a terrace and proposed that they work for him, one as an assistant at his clinic and the other as a receptionist.
To do this, he proposed that they go to his house, where he had his office, with the excuse of drawing up an employment contract; once in the house, the man took advantage of the fact that one of the women sat in front of the computer and the other began to fix the room to approach them and subject them to touching their private parts, until the victims managed to flee the house. The prosecutor claims for the defendant a fine of 13,200 euro.
