The level of specialisation has also been verified by the use of front men for the rental of vehicles to be used in robberies, obtaining falsified documents to facilitate impunity and hinder investigative action, expertise in disabling geolocation devices in vans and trucks stolen from companies, as well as the extensive network of receivers to dispose of the large amounts of effects that are stolen.
Among the eight robberies that are attributed to the group, the two perpetrated in companies located in the Valencian towns of Paterna and Xirivella, in which the valuation of the stolen effects, electronic cigarettes and food products, respectively, had a great dimension in terms of the damage caused. amounted to almost 700,000 euro.
Finally, once the entire group had been identified and the evidence proving their involvement in the robberies had been obtained, the members were arrested in two phases, the first in mid-May where seven people were arrested. and the second phase at the beginning of June with the arrest of six members of this criminal group, seizing a large amount of cash and tools to open safes.
