In a trial to be held on Tuesday in the Castellón Court, the Prosecutor is asking for eight years in prison for a continued crime of for a real estate manager accused of keeping more than 300,400 euro that a client gave him to buy a home.
The defendant and the victim agreed in mid-2015 to purchase a house in Castellón, which was going to become the first residence of the woman, who was 76 years old at the time, and her sister. To do this, they gave the defendant up to 300,400 in different amounts.
The Prosecutor’s Office maintains that the accused took advantage of the victim’s age and her limited knowledge to carry out complex businesses to keep the money and not make any purchases.
