A minor has been arrested by the Guardia Civil in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old boy in the town of Isla Mayor, located in the province of Seville. The incident, which took place in the early hours of Tuesday, 2 July, has sent shockwaves through the local community and sparked significant public outcry.
The victim, named locally as Daniel, was reportedly walking through the town centre with friends at approximately 1:30 a.m. when an altercation broke out near a commercial premises. Sources close to the investigation suggest the motive may have been an attempted robbery or personal dispute, though this remains unconfirmed by police.
Witnesses stated that Daniel was stabbed multiple times in the chest and abdomen.
