Cristóbal Montoro and European Commissioner Lewandowski announce search for creative formulas to finance Youth Employment Programme

The Spanish Minister for the Treasury and Public Administration Services, Cristóbal Montoro, met with the European Commissioner for Financial Programming and the Budget, Janusz Lewandowski, at his ministerial headquarters today. He congratulated the Commissioner on his appointment as a member of the High-Level Group on Own Resources – a group of experts entrusted with seeking alternatives to help achieve a European budget financing system free of the short-comings present in the current system.
