The Provincial Court of A Coruña will hold the trial against a man accused of indecent exposure to minors in the A Coruña municipality of Culleredo from today.
The events occurred on the afternoon of May 5, 2022, on Paseo Professor Tierno Galván, where the children were with their families.
According to the prosecutorial qualification document, around 5:30 p.m. that day a person who was passing by the bridge located in the area saw how the accused was naked at the waist down masturbating. The man was about ten metres away from the small children and teenagers.
The man had positioned himself behind an electric turret so that people passing through the area would not see him, but his position did not prevent him from being seen by the minors, the accusation states.
For a crime of exhibitionism, the Prosecutor’s Office requests a sentence of 18 months of fine with a daily fee of 10 euro with prohibition of approaching less than 100 metres from spaces frequented by minors for games and recreational activities for a period of three years.
