The Court of Alicante will begin to hear evidence from today, Tuesday, against a father and son accused of “continuously sexually assaulting” a minor, the sister of the romantic partner of one of them, in a home in a municipality in the region of Vinalopó Mitjà.
The Prosecutor’s Office maintains that during 2016 one of the defendants took advantage of the fact that he was in the house with the victim, being her sister’s partner, to enter the minor’s room and “sexually force” her.
According to the information about the case released by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), the Public Ministry adds that the father of the first accused, also accused in this procedure, carried out the same acts on two occasions.
According to the same sources, the public prosecution initially requests a prison sentence of 14 years in prison for the son and 11 years for the father for two continuous crimes of sexual assault in the trial scheduled for Tuesday in the second section of the Alicante Court.
