Consumer prices will lead Spain today

On Thursday the 13th, the final reading of Spain’s CPI for May will be published, in which its preliminary data showed a new increase in the general inflation rate to 3.6% year-on-year.

To combat the increase, the Government has announced an extension of the reduced IVA rate on basic foods.
