State Secretary for European Affairs highlights economic growth in Latin America and calls for increased EU presence

The State Secretary for European Affairs, Iñigo Méndez de Vigo, presented the book entitled “Las relaciones birregionales: Unión Europea, América Latina y el Caribe” [“Bi-regional Relations: European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean”] at the Casa de América on Wednesday afternoon. The book, for which he wrote an introduction, contains the best speeches by Benita Ferrero-Waldner, former Austrian Foreign Affairs Minister, former European Commissioner for External Relations and Neighbourhood Policy and current President of the European Union-Latin America and Caribbean Foundation.
