Eurostat validates deficit data announced and submitted to Brussels by Spanish Government on 29 March

22/04/2013. Following the review period, in which Eurostat examines the accounts submitted by EU Member States, the statistical office released the results of its analysis on Monday, from which the following two conclusions can be reached: Eurostat raises no reservations with regard to the accounts submitted by Spain nor warns of a need to introduce changes into Spanish public data.
