The Bill on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance was presented in the Lower House of Parliament by the Vice-President of the Government, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría. The new legislation is aimed at political parties, business and trade union organisations and institutions that receive financing from public funds, such as the Royal House.
