Real Valladolid and CF Elche will be back in training in less than two weeks and much of their easrly pre season training will be carried out at Pinatar Arena as both sided to prepare for their campaigns in the First Division.

Elche will use the Pinatar Arena from 15 to 21 July while Real Valladolid will be at the stadium a week later from 21 to 31 of July. Both clubs will be playing pre season friendlies at the facility against local opposition.

Since opening last January, Pinatar Arena has hosted 42 teams from 20 different countries, Spain, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Switzerland, Belgium, Romania, England, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Denmark, Montenegro, Uzbekistan, Chile, Egypt, Congo, Algeria and China.

Last month it hosted the Spain Under 20 side as they prepared for the world cup attracting a full House of over 3000 spectators to their games against Uzbekistan and Chile
