Record results for Spanish exports in first six months of 2013

22/08/2013. The final trade balance for the first six months of 2013 reflects strong growth, with Spanish exports amounting to 118.72 billion euros and 8% growth on the same period last year. This figure constitutes an all-time high since records began in 1971 for half-yearly results in absolute terms. It is almost 9 billion euros higher than the previous best equivalent result – 110.01 billion euros in the first six months of 2011.
