Spain welcomes improving humanitarian situation in Syria

Spain welcomes the approval of the United Nations Security Council Presidential Statement on the humanitarian situation in Syria and joins the call for the parties, especially the Government of Syria, to guarantee access to humanitarian aid without delay and to protect the civilian population, as well as to respect international law.
