11/10/2013. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) recorded a month-on-month decrease of 0.2% in September, compared with a 1% increase twelve months ago. According to the data published on Friday by the National Statistics Institute (Spanish acronym: INE), the year-on-year rate fall by 1.2 percentage points on August to now stand at 0.3%. This is the lowest year-on-year rate since November 2009.
